Première of pilot in Portugal
The seven weeks of training that constituted the first pilot project of the ARTE– the Art of Employablility in Portugal have come to an end.
A group of 10 unemployed young people participated in an intensive training that combined 100 hours of theater, 50 hours of dance and movement, 45 hours of music and 50 hours of jobcoaching, which culminated in the presentation of a show.
During this period, through exercises that foster innovative and critical thinking, business development and self-esteem, the participants developed skills related to the ‚entrepreneurial mindset‘ required for future entrepreneurs. Thus, individual and collective transformations were visible, in terms of self-confidence, motivation, communication skills, sense of belonging and teamwork of the participants.

Chegaram ao fim as sete semanas de formação que constituíram o primeiro projeto piloto do projeto ARTE – the Art of Employablility em Portugal.
Um grupo de 10 jovens, em situação de desemprego, participou numa formação intensiva que combinou 100 horas de teatro, 50 horas de dança e movimento, 45 horas de música e 50 horas de jobcoaching e que culminou com a apresentação de um espetáculo.
Ao longo deste período, através de exercícios que fomentam o pensamento inovador e crítico, o desenvolvimento empresarial e a autoestima, os participantes desenvolveram habilidades relacionadas com a ‚mentalidade empreendedora‘ exigida a futuros empreendedores. Foram assim visíveis transformações pessoais e coletivas, a nível da autoconfiança, motivação, capacidade de comunicação, sentido de pertença e trabalho em equipa dos participantes.
