JobAct® è stata per me una rivelazione: per la prima volta mi sono sentita a mio agio nel lavoro in gruppo. Ho capito che guadagnando fiducia in se stessi ci si sente più sicuri nel team working.

Ho incominciato a credere più in me stessa e nelle mie capacità grazie agli altri.

Sono cresciuto umanamente e professionalmente.

Ho scoperto la mia determinazione e la mia voglia di imparare.

Ho imparato a lavorare in gruppo e a gestire il mio controllo e ad approcciarmi agli altri.

What impact did the JobAct project have on you?

JobAct® was a revelation: for the first time i felt comfortable working in a group. I realized that when your self-confidence increases, you feel more confident in team working.

Thanks to relationship with others, i started feeling more confindet with my self and believing in my skills.

I have grown humanly and professionally.

I found out my determination and my desire to learn.

I learned to work in a group, to manage my self and to interact better with others.
