Qual è la miglior veste da presentare ad un possibile datore di lavoro?
Il lavoro è diviso tra attività di gruppo e colloqui individuali.
Siamo partiti da una riflessione su noi stessi e sulle competenze che abbiamo, rileggendo i percorsi formativi, scolastici o professionali che ci hanno portato fin qui; quindi siamo giunti a riflettere sugli obiettivi che vorremmo raggiungere in futuro.

Successivamente abbiamo ragionato sulle strategie della ricerca del lavoro e sugli strumenti di auto- promozione, come quello del Cv, superando la concezione standard e realizzando strumenti più funzionale ed efficaci, in grado di parlare per noi.

Abbiamo quindi lavorato su come affrontare un colloquio di lavoro e ragionato a fondo sui perché che stanno dietro alle domande che comunemente ci vengono poste.

What is the best way to present ourselves to a possible employer?

The training is composed by group activities and individual interviews.
We started with a reflection on the skills we already have, re-reading our school or professional paths and how they have brought us this far. We ended to reflect on the goals we would like to achieve in the future.

Furthermore, we questioned ourselves about how to improve job search strategies and self-promotion tools, such as CV, overcoming the basic model and creating more functional and effective tools, able to represent us.

We trained also on how we face a job interview and thought deeply about the reasons behind the questions that are commonly asked.
