Questo non è un corso di teatro!

Questo è il luogo nel quale posso diventare me stesso

Dopo i primi 4 giorni di laboratorio teatrale abbiamo chiesto ai partecipanti di posizionandosi nello spazio dividendosi fra “soddisfatti”, “non soddisfatti”, “ancora incerti”.

I soddisfatti erano i 2 terzi del gruppo e nessun “insoddisfatto”.

La giustificazione degli “incerti” era che:

“Non abbiamo ancora capito il rapporto della formazione teatrale e la nostra ricerca del lavoro.”

A questo abbiamo risposto che Impulso non è un corso di teatro, ma un percorso che integra il lavoro su di sé attraverso il teatro per mettere a fuoco un piano di azione per ricercare il lavoro in maniera attiva. Il rapporto fra il laboratorio teatrale e la ricerca del lavoro, passa dal rafforzamento della motivazione, dalla costruzione di una rete di relazioni, da una profonda analisi dei fattori che limitano la nostra capacità di avere un impatto sulla nostra vita. L’arte può innescare un meccanismo positivo che è imprescindibile per sviluppare l’intraprendenza necessaria.

Per fare questo abbiamo bisogno che in ogni fase i partecipanti siano consapevoli delle tappe che raggiungono, dello sviluppo e del cambiamento che opera su di loro.

Timeline: ti ricordi cosa hai fatto? Ti ricordi cosa hai provato?

Per non perdere traccia del punto dal quale siamo partiti e apprezzare il cammino fatto, in piccoli gruppi elaboriamo la “timeline” delle prime quattro giornate. Nella parte alta del foglio, sopra la linea retta, mettiamo la cronologia delle attività svolte. Nella parte bassa colleghiamo lo stato d’animo, le emozioni e i sentimenti collegati alle attività fatte.

After the first 4 days of the theatre workshop we asked the participants to position in the space dividing themselves between „satisfied“, „not satisfied“, „still uncertain“.

Satisfied were the 2 thirds of the group and no „dissatisfied“.

The justification for the „uncertain“ was that:

„We have not yet understood the relationship between theatre training and our search for employment“.

To this we replied that Impulso is not a theatre course, but a path that integrates the work on oneself through theatre in order to focus on an action plan to search for work in an active way. The relationship between the theatre workshop and the research of employment, passes from the strengthening of motivation, from the construction of a network of relationships, from a deep analysis of the factors that limit our ability to have an impact on our life. Art can trigger a positive mechanism that is essential to develop the necessary initiative.

To do this we need participants to be aware of the stages they reach, the development and the change that works on them.

Timeline: do you remember what you did? Do you remember what you felt?

In order not to lose track of where we started from and to appreciate the path we have taken, in small groups we elaborate the „timeline“ of the first four days. At the top of the sheet, above the straight line, we put the chronology of the activities carried out. In the lower part we link the state of mind, emotions and feelings connected to the activities carried out.
