Ce l’hanno fatta, sono stati selezionati.

Otto uomini e ventidue donne, pronti a lavorare su se stessi, sul testo da mettere in scena, sul loro progetto di lavoro e di carriera.

Un impegno intenso, totalizzante, 4 giorni a settimana e 1 di jobcoaching alla settimana per 4 settimane, fino alla messa in scena dello spettacolo il 17 novembre.

Seguirà poi una settimana di Palestra di Intraprendenza, per potenziare i talenti e le competenze, 2 settimane di job shadowing in azienda, per allargare la rete di relazioni professionali, ed infine 2 settimane di laboratorio di problem solving creativo.

Day 1

They made it, they were selected.

Eight men and twenty-two women, ready to work on themselves, on the play to be staged, on their employment and career project.

An intense, totalising commitment, 4 days a week and 1 day of jobcoaching per week for 4 weeks, until the staging of the show on November 17th.

This will be followed by a week of Entrepreneurial Gym, to develop talents and skills, 2 weeks of job shadowing in the company, to expand the network of professional relationships, and finally 2 weeks of creative problem solving workshop.

Steady, Ready and go.
