Sappiamo dove stiamo andando, quindi non è un problema per noi se ogni tanto dobbiamo cambiare strada, pensavamo di aggirare la montagna e invece dobbiamo scalarla, pensavamo di passare sul ponte e invece dobbiamo guadare il fiume, ma abbiamo la nostra stella polare che ci guida.

Così se non possiamo stare tutti insieme ci dividiamo, chi lavora in presenza sviluppa le coreografie, chi lavora a distanza elabora il testo.

E insieme ci ricolleghiamo alla fine della giornata per condividere il lavoro e disegnare insieme la mappa che ci porterà al nostro obiettivo.

We know where we are going, so it is not a problem for us if we have to change our route every now and then, we thought we were going around the mountain and instead we have to climb it, we thought we were going over the bridge and instead we have to ford the river, but we have our polar star guiding us.

So if we can’t all be together we split up, those who work in presence develop the choreography, those who work from a distance elaborate the text.

And together we reconnect at the end of the day to share the work and draw together the map that will lead us to our goal.
